Hey guys! I'm still Alive sorry for not posting much, as this past year has been quite a hectic one! BUT I do wanna say that I am still VERY much wanting to make things for you guys, and get back into the swing of things for the upcoming new year. THUS is why I want to tell you guys a few things. First of All I did finally finish Lemon Drop. I'm sorry I didn't say much or post updates while making her, its just that things as I stated had been hectic and I kind forgot to post said updates like a dunce..... BUT she's done, at least as a Partial suit :3 Isn't she cute?!? So I bet you are wondering what is next? Well SO far I know for a fact i have two projects coming up. BUT for now I will talk about one. SO I adopted this cute character you see pictured to the left, which is a Cat Axolotl hybrid, which I named Omeera. I decided I wanted to give myself a challenge, and so THIS cutie is going to be my next suit and a FULL one at that :3 SHE I will post updates on. Also I am Currently getting ready to put up badge commissions, SINCE I got some new holographic rainbow paper to add a new shine and sheen to them :3 I also make black light badges now, that I have learned to make UV light reactive art :3 I'm also getting ready to post the prices for my digital commission too!So stay tuned for a new tab here on my website, JUST for art work :3 ALSO... I'm getting ready to move next year! Where you may ask? Well... to Spring Hill Florida! If you are wondering why, its because there's more opportunity for me in Florida then there is in my current state of Mississippi. SO my base of operations will no longer be in Mississippi :3 We plan to leave In April of next year, and thus I'll be able to start with a clear mind and new place to boot! So yeah! That's basically the going ons :3

Well I've finished taping off Lemon Drop's head, so now it's on to the DTD, I'm excited and nervous about this being my first body suit. I can only hope it'll turn out okay. But for now, I've got a copy of myself, that my husband says he thinks its cool, but also freaks him out at the same time.
Meet my very first adopted cat, she's a beatiful 5 year old Tortoiseshell Calico. She's my little helper and my workshop kitty. I love her so much! <3
So here is my first look at a new style I'm trying with LemonDrop. She's one of my secondary characters and I hope to have her finished by at least Southern Geek Fest in Hattiesburg MS in May.
Anyways I've got half the head done, and a foot paw. She's going to be a full plantigrade suit, so I hope she turns out well. I've got another of shipment of fur coming in the mail to be here in a week. So excited for it! But what do you think? So I kinda made a bit of a goof and wound up trying to rush finish this head, for Coast Con in Biloxi MS. All in all it is one of my better heads, BUT this is not where it ends. Again I'm not opening commissions for a reason yet, BUT I'm learning and I want to show that I can do this and improve my art as I go.
Anyways though here's a couple pics of him wearing his head I made. (I'm probably gonna redo the eyes and add a few extras to it later to make it look better, BUT I'm Trying. I'm also working on a new suit for myself (Lemon Drop) with a new style, so I hope it turns out right. Anyways here's the pics: I've actually been working on my Hubby's fursuit head shaping for a bit now, with a bit more work, I'll be ready for taping, and furring. So yay!
(Also note the ears are just a test atm they aren't the final ears) Well you gotta start some where am I right? Well this actually will be my 2nd and 3rd suit based thing I'm working on. The first, was a head, that I'm NOT gonna talk about. Under Nature Rave though this is my first two characters I'm making.
The first, a partial, of my husband's fursona Dynshyith a Toxic Wolf, and the second, a secondary character of mine name Lemon Drop as a full suit. I'm quite excited, yet, nervous about this being my big step, but with time and practice I'll get some where. Other than these two, I'll also be making another wolf, and a panda bear before I open commissions fully, so be on the look out for that. For now, here's the references for Dynshyith and Lemon Drop: |
